During cable manufacturing: The CKF between the plastic clad metal tape and cable manufacture moulds is so little that the tape breaking is minimized, cable production is sped up, and it causes high yield, and reduces cost. 2. Due to low CKF, the wastage of mechanical properties of coated metal tape is small, after being molded, the finished cable has superior aging resistance and the life span of fiber optic cable is extended.
